So in the context of this upcoming election we really only have two candidates.  Now, I know there are some relentless Bernie or Busters, Dumbass Women for Trump (my words) and Jill Stein’s Sistas who think that Gary Johnson and Jill Stein are also candidates.  In the literal sense, they are.  In the practical sense, they are not because they will never get elected.  So, go ahead and vote your conscience Millinial
Millie and when  your student loan comes due under a Trump administration don’t cry in your beer, cause you won’t be able to afford one.

Sorry, This is not a Foodie Blog, or Health Blog

Guess what!!!  Zghetti is not a snarky way to say spaghetti, or my granddaughters way of saying it either.  Zghetti is my way of highlighting words that I think should matter to people, people that want to be informed about whats going on in the world- or how a word might be heard in the world.  And we all know there is a difference!

I have been plugged into this election cycle because of the horrendous amount of word salad that somebody seems to be tossing on a daily basis- and I can't say his name cause I really don't have to do I?

Over the course of the past 15 months I have come to realize that there is a disconnect between what certain people hear and the message that is actually being sent.  It's sad ;-(

So, I decided to begin offering up words on a regular basis- now notice I said regular, not daily- regular- like when the doctor or nurse asks you if you have regular bowel movements- do they mean once a day, twice a day- ten times a day or once a week, twice a week- biweekly?  Regular is regular, not daily- it means the words will come on a regular basis- just like healthy bowel movements- yeah, like that!
